At Mr. Heater®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
